Established in 1985 from a small shop in Hawthorn, Chuck’s Ice Creamery Pty Ltd has now grown into Melbourne’s foremost manufacturer of artisan ice cream and sorbets for the foodservice industry. Supplying many of the city’s finest clubs, hotels and restaurants, we are renowned for our high quality products backed up with on-time deliveries and service.

At Chuck’s we understand how important it is for your business to serve the highest qualty products to your customers. To this end we only use the finest ingredients in all our ice creams. Our vanilla bean is flavoured with vanilla beans…that’s all. Our blueberry is made using only Victorian blueberries. Because of this some our flavours and colours may be subtle, but never harsh and artificial. The experts agree, adwarding us many Gold Medals at the Royal Melbourne Show over the years.

We also offer a bespoke service where we will develop a new flavour combination to your specifications.
